We wanted to succeed, get better results and heal through therapy but needed a little something more to help us on our journey . . . and so we built Healthy Mind Map!
The app is designed as a between session support tool for individuals working with a therapist to help them engage more effectively outside of therapy. It provides tools for tracking mood and activities, taking assessments, sharing information with health care providers, friends and family, and accessing tools and resources to help them navigate on their mental health journey.
The application is free for Health Care Providers and $39.99 per year for a client.
Yes, your privacy is our priority. All personal data is encrypted and stored securely. We comply with data protection regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA. Your information will never be shared without your consent.
We do not offer therapy through our application but are focused on supporting all therapists who are working with patients in their mental health journey!
You can use our daily mood-tracking feature to log how you’re feeling on a daily basis as well as complete periodic mental health assessments. Additionally you can dig deeper with custom analytics that allow you to compare different activities you are working on against your mood and assessment data.
Mindfulness exercises, such as guided meditations, breathing exercises, and grounding techniques, help reduce stress and improve mental well-being. You can access these through our resource library.
Absolutely! The app is designed specifically with that in mind to enhance the effectiveness of therapy. The app can also be used if you aren’t seeing a therapist but are curious about how the things you are doing are affecting your overall mood and mental health.
Yes. The app is tailored to allow you to interact with a close support circle and share with them the information that you feel will help them support you in your mental health journey. You have complete control over what anyone in your support circle can see.
The app is not designed for crisis intervention. In the case of an emergency, please contact your local emergency services or reach out to a mental health crisis hotline immediately. There is an icon in the top right hand corner of the application that allows you to call 911 and 988.
You can reset your password by going to the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen. Enter your email address, and we’ll send instructions to reset it.
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from the settings menu.
